The Challenge
Lulú Chips is a snack company founded by Barberi International and based in Miami. Its wide variety of innovative flavors seduce the taste buds. Inspired by the Miami lifestyle and high quality, they have reached across the United States and keep you coming back for more when you try them.
This project consisted of an image, e-commerce and digital evolution, to help the brand create a greater value in the minds of its consumers, conveying the brand's personality and reflecting the unique qualities that its products have, such as its distinguished flavors.

HOW DID WE CARRY OUT A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION?
In order for the brand to gain greater visibility and recall among its customers, we had to develop a new brand image without changing the existing packaging in the market. We helped Lulú design its boxes with a very strategic approach, based on 3 key objectives:
• Differentiate the product from the competition.
• Assign each flavor a respecti ve color that attracts
different audiences.
• Achieve simplicity in design to boost readability and
recognition.

Regarding the website, we moved it to Shopify to create a digital platform that offered a simple, seamless and user-friendly shopping experience. Emphasizing a product-centric, brand-driven user experience, we built an online store that highlights the attributes, personality and flavors of Lulú Chips.

In order to reach Lulu's customers through the different media available to the brand, an email marketing strategy was developed to support the objective of increasing sales and also as a means of conversion, in which database participants usually have certain benefits such as exclusive discounts and other promotions that encourage their purchase.
Our product pages combine usefulness, inspiration and information to drive conversion, with quality content for our consumers. The images and features of the product are always easy to view so that the user has access to all the information they need regarding the product they’re interested in.
As part of the digital transformation, we used social networks like Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to communicate with and create a relationship with our users. We were able to set up a sales channel through Instagram Shopping, and created campaigns to spread word about the brand over a very large audience.
